Meat production factory – broiler chickens.
Chickens were created to fly; perch; play; socialize with other chickens; mate, raise young; enjoy the sun and sky for about 8 years. Factory farms raise chicks for meat depriving them of all of this and kill them in 6 weeks.
The chickens are thrown into tiny cages on trucks. They are then shipped with no food or water in any weather however hot or cold to be slaughtered.
