Plant-based protein substitutes

There are many ways to enjoy plant-based foods. One way is to buy vegetables, legumes, and beans and use recipes to make delicious meals. The other way is to buy ready-made items that are like foods made from dead animal flesh or animal exploitation like cow’s milk, cheese, and eggs.

There has been a revolution in the past few years in copying animal food products with plant materials.

Franks

Sausages

Bratwurst

Chicken strips and pieces

Turkey breasts

Steak bits

Fish sticks

and more.

Most grocery stores have refrigerated and frozen plant-based alternative offerings, but some offer a lot more than others. In the Southeast USA, Publix offers a wide selection.

There are even canned possibilities! These can be useful for camping, picnics and reserves in case you power.
